CHARACTER THEME DESIGN
In Mulan‘s past as an earthly general, she had experienced three wars.
The first time, when she was still young, she saw her family and friends scattered within the clan, and thought that the sword at her side would protect the peace of the clan.
The second time, she was in a high position as a general, the sword was sheathed but retracted. The cries of sorrow in the wilderness were incessant, and the strife failed to bring the peace it promised, while more than her own tribe was suffering from war.
For the third time, she was in chains, confronting heaven and earth, seeking to stop fighting for the sake of the people. Heaven and earth were shaken, so the Xuan bird descended into the world and turned into a sword in the hands of the general.
She forged the armor of Kyushu into the bright light of heaven and earth, for thousands of years to remind the world that the use of sharp edges, when the life of the people first, to the great righteousness as a rule.
Introduction of Mulan’s dual forms
Inspired by the theme of the gods of the nine heavens, the concept of the changing sun and moon is used to present the dual forms of Mulan

The sum form corresponds to the heavy sword form of Mulan, in the use of color to the fierce passion of fire red

The moon form uses a more quiet and calm blue color for the main design
Character Skin Music Design
The music is designed to match the two forms of Mulan, the sun and the moon, and the music also expresses the two sides of the sun and the moon. The heavy sword form is the sun, which is more powerful and righteous; the light sword form is the moon, which is more compassionate. We continued the music design concept of the King's Ancient Mythology series, hoping to use solemn vocal chanting as the melodic lead, with orchestration and backing vocals to create a sense of epic, and to express the power and divinity of Hua Mulan's mastery of the power of the sun and moon. The second half of the music is gentler, using percussion instruments such as pipes and bells to create a "morning bell and evening drum" atmosphere, rendering a sense of history of the rising and setting of the sun and moon, and the rotation of day and night.
